Before I proceed to reply your post, I'd like to correct few things which give an impression of inflation at first glance.
* Kuwait indeed punished some 450,000 Palestinians in response to their earlier alignment with Saddam Hussein in 1991 actually, instead of 1998.
* Palestinians constitute 2.7 million out of Jordan's 6.4 million population which makes them roughly 42% of Jordanian population instead of 80%.
Had it not been the corrupt, puppet leadership of the Arab world, Palestinians would not have suffered this much and the Zionist state of Israel would have been seriously made to pay for its apartheid.
So if Kuwait and Jordan conduct cruelity against Palestinians and a million Jews been expelled by the Arab world in 1940s, does it in your opinion gives Israel

- give Jordan and other Arab lands the right to deny Palestinian peoples citizenship, who have been residents of those lands for centuries, so that if a Palestinian state does emerge, they can kick them out of their homes?

- the right to forget that much of parts of Israel were purchased by Jews prior to the 1920's, long before the British mandate?

So yes, it is simple. Palestinians are being used as political puppets as much by Arabs than anyone else.
As for Israel, they certainly do discriminate and force Palestinians from their homes in West Bank. Just as long time Jewish families in those areas are targeted by Palestinians.
However, Arabs within Isreali borders are treated quite well, and enjoy many freedoms.
And I agree, 2 wrongs do not make a right. So why, if the British mandate is seen as such a wrong, are more wrongs used to try to make a right?

While children shouldn't be used as human shields and residential areas should be left out of conflict, Hamas has been forced to counterattack in their self-defense (which is their right).
